In summer, the Val d'Aran transforms into a paradise for hikers, with trails leading you to breathtaking mountain landscapes, lush forests, lakes, and spectacular views. You can connect with nature in its purest state through the Camin Reiau, the Circ de Colomèrs, or the ascent to Montardo. Culturally, the valley offers charming villages like Arties, Bossòst, and Salardú, along with an interesting route of Romanesque churches. The Val d'Aran Museum in Vielha showcases the history and traditional life of the region.

Aranese gastronomy stands out with traditional dishes like olla aranesa, local sausages, and cheeses, available in typical restaurants.
