Description
The accommodation Casa Parramon is a 15th century house in the walled town of Peramea, in the Pallars Sobirà region. Peramea has been declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest by the Catalan government. Located at one end of the town, this rural tourist accommodation boasts magnificent views of the Pla de Corts. With an area of ​​450 m2, it has been restored maintaining its rustic style and preserving the spaciousness of the spaces. The Era and the Paller have become independent rural accommodation for 4 and 6 people respectively.

The attic has been fully restored to offer the maximum comfort to our guests at Casa Parramon. In the bottom of the house we have maintained the traditional spaces: the bread oven, the wine press, the granary, the cave...

In the former areas that made up the Era de Casa Parramon (the barn), we have installed 4 independent rural tourism accommodations, each of them very spacious, while maintaining the central area that was formerly used as a threshing floor. Each apartment can accommodate 4 guests.

Lo Paller de Parramon is a totally independent rural house. This comfortable lodging has stone walls and reconstructed beams. It also has a 100 m² patio with a barbecue, and an indoor rec room with billiards.

Activities

The village is surrounded by forests and food crops. The Montcortès Lake offers an idyllic spot for relaxing or taking a dip.

With the Pyrenees spread out before you, an impressive trail leads to the Pic de l’Àliga (Eagle Peak) below the watchful eye of vultures, eagles and other birds of prey. Let yourself be amazed by the Collegats gorge, Gerri de la Sal Romanesque Monastery, salt evaporation ponds and Salt Museum, Boumort hunting reserve, and the glacial lakes at the top of the Vall Fosca.

All of these sites are located less than 30 minutes from our house. You're just a stone's throw away from the experience of a lifetime!
