The house is made of stone and slate, according to the site environment. In the living room there is a fireplace on the floor. The house is fully equipped with appliances, houseware and home linens.

In the surroundings you can do many outdoor activities that may vary depending on the season of the year. Skiing is the most favourite activity in winter. And in summer, spring or fall, you can make walking, bike or horse tours all along the valley (where the Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park is located).

During the whole year you can also visit the Romanesque churches of the Valley, cataloged as a World Heritage Site.

Apart from the natural environment (very interesting to discover in its entirety), you can visit the Sant Quirc's hermitage and the Caldes de Boí health resort.

To get to the town of Durro, take the N-230 road towards Vielha e Mijaran to Pont de Suert. 2,000 meteres after passing Pont de Suert, take a detour to the right that indicates La Vall de Boí. Follow this road for 11 km, until you reach the town of Barruera and, right in the middle of this town, after the gas station, take the turnoff to the right which indicates Durro. Once you reach the village, it is very easy to find the house.
