The Pyrenees and the Lands of Lleida kick off the summer with the campaign “Ara Lleida, amb tota naturalitat”
The Tourism Board of the Provincial Council of Lleida has officially launched the summer tourism season at the Montsec Astronomical Park with a new promotional campaign under the slogan “Ara Lleida, amb tota naturalitat” (“Now Lleida, in all its naturalness”), a proposal that highlights the authenticity of the landscapes, the people and the experiences the region has to offer.
The campaign aims to position the Pyrenees and the Lands of Lleida as a leading inland tourism destination, promoting a sustainable and regenerative tourism model. As explained by the director of the Tourism Board, Juli Alegre, the new slogan evokes “the naturalness of our landscapes, our people, the experiences we offer and a tourism model committed to responsible and balanced growth.”
During the presentation, the positive booking pace for this summer season was also highlighted. Representatives from the hotel industry, campsites, rural tourism and adventure tourism companies agreed that the outlook for the coming months is very encouraging.
Representing the Federation of Rural Tourism of Lleida, its president, Mario Mata, took part in the presentation, where the strong occupancy forecasts for rural accommodation this summer and the consolidation of Lleida as a tourist destination were highlighted. He also emphasized the excellent work carried out by the federation’s members in offering visitors a unique, authentic and welcoming experience.
The event, chaired by the vice-president of the Tourism Board, Juan Antonio Serrano, also brought together institutional representatives, tourism entrepreneurs and leaders of organisations linked to the region. During the presentation, the wide range of experiences available across the Pyrenees and the Lands of Lleida was showcased, including nature, mountain activities, astrotourism, culture, gastronomy and heritage.
